BackFire was started by who had significant experience working in different tech companies and were based in the San Francisco Bay Area. They had also collectively spent over 15,000 hours in GTA V since its launch in 2013.

Our goal is to create a singular metaverse within GTA V where thousands of players can capture the value created from their in-game work and spend time in an immersive social avenue. The $GTA (ERC20) token is used for all transactions between players and forms as the backbone of the economy in the Backfire Metaverse.
